Delete your account & data

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Tajly and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted right away.

Delete by request

If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you:

Subject: "Delete my Tajly account." We complete verified requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and account credentials
• Workouts, meal plans, food logs and progress history
• AI coach conversations
• Community posts, comments, follows and challenge activity

We may retain a limited set of records where required by law (for example, transaction/billing records) for a legally mandated period, and non-identifying, aggregated analytics that can no longer be linked to you.
